Prices are per Yurt or cabin
Our season runs from 1st week April to the last week of October for the yurts and all year round for the Log Cabin
Our peak season runs from 1st July to 16th September
- 3 nights – Friday, Saturday and Sunday – £295.00
- 4 nights – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – £325.00
- 7 nights – £495.00
- 3 nights – Friday, Saturday and Sunday – £255.00
- 4 nights – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – £285.00
- 7 nights – £455.00
Extra nights – £89.00 per night
Other periods may be available if desired, we will always try to meet you requests.
Minimum charge of two nights.
Easy Start Package – £10.00 per person
This optional extra consists of a welcome camp fire meal of goulash, chili or similar served with fresh crusty bread or locally sourced baked potatoes.
Bed & Breakfast Tariff
Twin Room with adjoining bathroom, with shower and corner bath or double en-suit room available at £35.00 per person per night.
Terms and Conditions for Yurts and Log Cabin
Please phone or email to check availability first. A deposit of £150.00 or 25% whichever is the greater is required to secure your booking with the balance payable six weeks prior to your arrival. If you wish to book less than six weeks in advance then the full payment in full is required.
This can be paid by cheque made payable to Leasefield Holidays and post it to:Leasefield Farm, Halwill Junction, Beaworthy, EX21 5XU.
All balance payments are due to be paid in full no later than six weeks before arrival. If your holiday start date is within six weeks full payment is required.
You will receive confirmation / invoice online (or postal on request) of your reservation.
If you need to cancel your deposit will be returned, minus a £30.00 administration charge, providing you have cancelled before the balance is due. If you need to re-arrange we will endeavour to accommodate you however this cannot always be guaranteed.
Please be aware that Leasefield Farm is a working farm in a natural environment with streams, lakes and livestock. You are encouraged to explore the estate and you have access to the whole farm, but please make sure to keep all gates as you find them. You may not see the sheep in the fields, if you let them out you put them back! Although the use of open fires is part of the experience, these must be used with respect especially with children around. Please be aware that accidents can happen and we are not responsible for such accidents, please ensure your children are supervised at all times. You have a duty of care to yourself and others. Swimming in the lakes is strictly forbidden.
Reservations can be made by phone or email; payment either by cheque or debit/credit card to be used as a guarantee.
If you need to cancel please try to do so within 72 hours of arrival otherwise we reserve the right to charge, however please contact us to discuss if you do need to cancel as we may be able to offer an alternative arrangement.
