Set in the heart of the beautiful Ruby Country in the unspoiled North Devon countryside with outstanding views of Dartmoor; Leasefield Farm offers a choice of holiday accommodation to cater for your every need, including camping in an authentic Mongolian yurt, basic bed and breakfast or our luxury suite. Whether you wish to walk, cycle, surf or simply indulge yourself in the peace and tranquility of our fabulous environmental farm, you will not be disappointed.

For those wishing to immerse themselves into nature’s richness away from the stress and strains of modern day life, we have two Mongolian yurts, each set in a stunning location and equipped with everything you require for your stay. We also have a locally made log cabin. Imagine cooking on your glowing camp fire in the evening or lying in your cosy bed watching the delicately emerging stars – escapism doesn’t get much better than this! For a little extra, we will even do your breakfasts for you to eat in your yurt or in our scrumptious dinning room

If luxury and opulence are your preferred holiday choice then we can offer you a lavishly appointed bed and breakfast suite, complete with en-suite Italianate bathroom with a sunken bath and walk in shower. This grand room is tastefully decorated and has a super king-size bed, TV, mini bar and balcony which overlooks the lake and extensive grounds. Why not enjoy your breakfast or evening drink on the private balcony, whilst watching the wildlife on the lake?

For those seeking a horse riding holiday stabling is available locally for your horses and we are close to the extensive network of bridle ways known as The Pegasus Way, part of the Ride The Ruby Country Trail. You can choose your accommodation in either our yurts, luxury suite or our alternative bed and breakfast accommodation, the choice is yours!

Leasefield Farm has rare culm grassland and areas of land deemed to be of Special Scientific Interest which nestles in a beautiful setting, surrounded by gently rolling hills and a patchwork of mature woodlands. There is a wild lake teeming with fish and the whole farm is rich in wildlife, flora and fauna including many rare species. We have horses, sheep and chickens on the farm and fresh eggs are always available for breakfast.
